Shipping policy
WE CANNOT CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED.
There is a full summary of your order that you confirm before you pay. Please make you are purchasing exactly what you want and have asked any questions prior to checkout.
We focus on FAST shipping & handling! Please note that once your package is received by the courier, we have done our part, it is out of our hands, and we can no longer control how quickly it moves.
CURRENT SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY - THURSDAY. Retail orders with paid shipping typically ship next business day. Orders with discounts, free ship, or other promos may take additional business days.
Your package will be shipped with the default insurance provided by the courier, if any. Orders with free ship/promos/discounts will ship via a slower transit method.
By shopping with us, you acknowledge that postal delays happen, only default shipping insurance is provided, and that we cannot process refunds due to postal delays.

LARGER ORDERS (5+ items)
- are only insured up to the default (usually $100).
- take longer to pull, package, and ship, therefore TAT Is increased
- we encourage splitting up your order If these are concerns for you
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
- items ordered together generally SHIP together, once all items are here/ready/complete.
- if you want items to ship as they are ready, they need to be ordered separately.
- exceptions include free ship/promos/discounts. Those ship AFTER our other retail orders with paid shipping.
MIXED ORDERS:
*retail + discount
*mainline + custom
*preorder + on-hand/printable
*on-hand + ISO
--These WILL NOT SHIP until ALL items have arrived and are all completed
DISCOUNT ORDERS:
- ship AFTER retail orders and custom orders that are ready.
LONG STORY SHORT - MIXED ORDERS (orders containing multiple types/methods/TATs) and larger orders will not ship as quickly as basic orders.
SHIPPING INSURANCE is typically only Included up to $100. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST: You will file a claim with the courier and will receive up to the max, if approved by courier. You can email us for a copy of your shipping label with the information needed to file a claim.
